Matsuhisa Denver Blends Reclaimed Teak And High End Dining

World famous Chef Nobu Matsuhisa recently opened Matsuhisa Denver, his third Colorado location, joining Vail and the Aspen location in the spring of 2016. Located in Cherry Creek, a thriving and rapidly expanding area 10 minutes from downtown, Matsuhisa Denver has a strong following but it’s the numerous private dining options that make this restaurant the perfect place for business meetings, private parties or large groups looking for a bit of breathing room. All the way down to the smallest detail, Matsuhisa spared no expense. As you sit down at the sake bar with friends at Matsuhisa, you’re greeted by accomplished chefs and beautiful reclaimed teak wood from Indoteak Design.

The warmth of the reclaimed teak is only second to the warmth of the service at Matsuhisa.
Groups large and small enjoy the nooks throughout the floor plan at Matsuhisa in Denver. Note the reclaimed teak wood paneling and how it blends in with Indoteak Design’s reclaimed teak engineered flooring.
The stunning teak glows in the beautiful Matsuhisa restaurant in Denver Colorado.
World famous Chef Nobu created Matsuhisa as a way to offer diverse menu selections that steer off from the traditional flavors into a fusion path filled with flavor and style.

Chef Nobu breaks out from the traditional offerings and his new-style Japanese cuisine is a clear departure from his classical training in Tokyo as well as his adventures around the globe. This menu reflects his time spent in Peru, Argentina, and many other countries around the world. Matsuhisa features Chef Nobu’s signature dishes: Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeño, Black Cod Miso and White fish Tiradito. The food is as savory and unique as the man who created the menu and as beautiful as the restaurants interior which is filled with 100% reclaimed teak wood from Indoteak Design.
