Many of the worlds woodlands are diminishing at an alarming rate as the result of deforestation and non-sustainable logging. One of the the major culprits in this crisis is improper or, in some cases, non-existent systems of recycling. At Indoteak Design, we are committed to providing the highest quality products while also striving to cause no harm to the environment.
An added step in our recycled and reclamation process is our FSC Certification. While most people have seen these initials and understand that it means, some may not understand the importance of this entity. With our commitment in creating ‘Earth Friendly” products, this certification shows our commitment to only using resources that are 100% clean, sustainable and recycled material. This means we work harder, spend more money and commit more time to make our products sustainable so we NEVER cut down any forests for our products.
